This is an extremely interesting presentation by Luis von Ahn about CAPTCHA (e.g. while using reCAPTCHA, you are actually helping to digitize old books), followed by a discussion of the upcoming Duolingo (an answer to the question “how can you translate the entire internet and do it for free?”). Fascinating.
